Fax machines – We carry new Canon and HP fax machines, but if you are in the market for high performance fax machine for about the same price as a multi-function printer, check out the deals below.

Canon 9000L Laser Class Fax machine, uses lower cost toner cartridges, can print on both letter and legal size paper.  These machines have just come off a corporate lease and they perform so well, we use one for our office    Buy it now for $795 while supplies last or we will lease it along with a maintenance plan that includes all consumables except paper for $35 per month.

 Laser Printers – If you are in the market for a laser printer, check our store for listings of refurbished printers that we have in stock.  If you don’t see what you are looking for, let us know what you need and we can get you pricing on new or used from our suppliers.

Typewriters – If you need a new or used typewriter, give us a call.  We always have some refurbished typewriters (check the store) or we can get a new one overnight.

Our service is different – Our technicians are not paid a commission on what they are able to sell you or charge you for, but instead they are measured on customer satisfaction. We don’t charge any trip or mileage charges unless we have to travel more than 30 miles to get to you and we do not start charging you for our time when we leave our shop. In fact, we do not charge you unless we are able to fix a problem and our technicians will even take the time to show you how to diagnose the cause of some problems so that you will know when a technician is trying to “pull a fast one”.

Inkjet or laser printers - we specialize in HP and Lexmark printers but we also work on Canon, IBM and others.

Fax machines - Canon and HP fax machines are our specialty.

Digital Copiers – Our technicians are certified on Canon and Gestetner and they can also service Ricoh, Mita, Sharp, Minolta and others.

Typewriters - Believe it or not, we have technicians with 20+ years experience working on typewriters, both the old IBM Selectrics and newer electronic typewriters. If you need a new one, we can handle that also.

Computers - Has your computer slowed down to a crawl and you don't know why. Call us for an estimate on virus and spyware removal. We can also repair most models of PCs or we can migrate you old PC over to a new one.

Overhead Projectors - Many organizations still use overhead projectors and if you have a problem with yours or need a bulb replaced, give us a call.

Shredders - What do you do when your office shredder breaks? Now you can call Hewlett Office Systems and let us give you an estimate of what it will take to fix your shredder.

Other types of equipment we have fixed are time clocks, paper cutters, joggers and bursters.

Maintenance Agreements – We offer many different types of maintenance agreements from printer maintenance agreements for $200 per year that covers only labor all the way up to full service maintenance agreements for copiers that includes all parts, labor and consumables other than paper. Preventive Maintenance/Cleaning Programs - Sometimes a little TLC goes a long way towards preventing problems with your laser printer or copier and improving the quality of your output. For $150 per year (our most popular plan), we will come out 3 times a year and completely clean you laser printer and make it print like a new one. Contact our sales department about our cleaning programs.

Rental Units - We also offer rental units if you have a special printer or copier need for a short period of time. Contact the sales department with you needs and let us see if we can solve your problem.
