Office Systems, LLC (HOS) will provide the highest level of
product support and service. We provide one year’s unlimited
support with every HOS solution that we sell. In the event of
technical difficulties, HOS will service and support equipment
in different levels. Level One support/service is by telephone
to our office, please contact Ronald Kubicek or Philip George,
at 866-744-7643 ( 9:00 A.M. –
5:00 P.M. CST M-F). If the product you purchased is under
warranty by the manufacturer and, is one that we are not
authorized to repair, contact us at 866-774-7643 and we will
assist you in contacting the manufacturer. Support and service
is also offered online via service@hewlettofficesystems.com.
If
service/support issues cannot be resolved via telephone or email
support, HOS will either schedule a site visit to correct the
problem or arrange for shipping equipment back to our location
for repair/replacement.

| HOS will make
available equivalent replacement parts for HOS products sold to
the state for at least 3 years after said products are
discontinued.
